Kylin is a freelance photographer and lifestyle writer based in Seattle, WA. Growing up in rural Washington state, the gift of her first camera at age 13 changed her life. Ever since, she's been expanding her expertise behind the lens of whatever equipment she can get her hands on, while also becoming the first in her family to graduate college and pursuing a career in public service.
Dedicated to personal mastery of the craft and as a testament to her grit, Kylin shoots in all manual camera and lens settings and constantly pursues opportunities to experiment with style.
Kylin is currently focused on producing concert and event photography for local news outlets such as the Seattle Met, Seattle Refined and SGN as well as for private groups, non-profits, and tribes. In addition to working within large crowds, her wedding, portrait, and editorial photography makes her experienced in creative direction and collaboration.
